2. Your book
You are responsible for the accuracy of dates and relations you enter. Reminders are aids only. You keep rights to portraits, notes, and voice memories you add. Do not store illegal, infringing, or others’ private material without permission.
3. Kin Points
Points are a consumable currency for optional extras such as extra portraits, another household, exports, reminder offsets, or zodiac skins. Purchases follow Apple’s App Store rules. There is no subscription and no restore of consumables.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kinly as:
- A government, hospital, or genealogy registry
- A public family tree, feed, or chat product
- A death countdown or standalone age calculator
- A dating, matching, or stranger-meetup service
5. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. Device settings and iOS may affect reminder delivery. We do not warrant that kinship-day alerts will fire if notifications are off, Low Power Mode is on, or the system delays background work.
6. Updates
Continued use after terms are updated in the app or on this site constitutes acceptance.
